Water

Note to self -- it really is getting warmer out so be sure to take water on your 5 mile neighborhood tempo runs.

Gah.

I think one of the single hardest things for me to get with this running thing is to stay hydrated.  I just can't seem to do it.  And it impacts runs when I decide to run dehydrated.  Which is often.  Or like yesterday, I start out fine and then mess it up because I forgot to bring water.

My motto needs to be Drink More Water.  Maybe I should have that printed on a t-shirt or something.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! That is great that you did Wildcat loop, that is a great run. I like to get to the top, then walk up the steep path for the lookout point for a quick breather to take in the surroundings. Always a great spot.

I agree on water, I run with a fuel belt every run, that way I can try to avoid running while too dehydrated, but it is hard to do it every time!
